Dorofen capsules are used to treat and reduce the erosion of cartilage and inflammation and joint roughness. Dorofen prevents the progression of osteoarthritis and restores the physiological balance again for rebuilding deteriorated cartilage.
In simple words Dorofen cures the Osteoarthritis/roughness in joints.

Who Should Not Use Dorofen:

Dorofen should not be used by anybody who is allergic to any of its constituents or by pregnant and lactating women or children unless directed by a physician.  This medication should only be used under the direction of a physician.

Each Dorofen Capsule Contains:

  • Glucosamine Sulfate............500 mg.
  • Ginkgo Biloba Leaf..............50 mg.

Dorofen comes in the form of white hard gelatin capsules imprinted with the word "DOROFEN" and "Liptis" (at the time of writing).

Indications to use Dorofen:

Dorofen used to treat roughness and inflammation in the knee, thigh, neck, shoulder, spine or any other joint in the body so it is effective in the treatment of the following cases:
- Optimal treatment for rheumatoid and osteoarthritis
- Stop the erosion of cartilage in joints
- Relieves joint pain during movement and maintains its integrity

Dorofen Dose:

If your doctor decides that Dorofen is the best choice for your arthritis, he/she will instruct you on how often to take it and for how long. Dorofen is usually taken one capsule after food three times a day until improvement is achieved.

Improvement usually occurs in 2-4 weeks. depending on the degree of deterioration in the affected joints. The dosage may then be reduced to one or two capsules a day for maintenance or as recommended by your doctor.

Remember that Dorofen is not a pain killer; rather it works on the root cause of osteoarthritis.

Side effects of Dorofen Capsules:

Rarely side effects are seen. The user of this medicine can feel heartburn, Nausea, Diarrhea, Dyspepsia, Constipation, Drowsiness, Headache, Skin Reactions.
