Advil Tablets - An anti-inflammatory and analgesic solution

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Ibuprofen 200 mg and 30 mg Pseudoephedrine

- Ibuprofen:

This active ingredient has effects against pain, lowering the temperature, and anti-inflammation.

- Sodoaavedrun: 

This active ingredient is used to relieve the symptoms of colds, sinusitis, influenza (such as nasal congestion, headaches, itchy skin and fever).

Indications :

- Anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.
- Is used to relieve pain and inflammation pain fever.
- Used to relieve menstrual pain.
- Used to treat gout, arthritis and migraine headaches.

Side effects :

- Gastrointestinal side effects:

Indigestion, diarrhea, abdominal pain, distention, gastric ulcers, bleeding authors, pancreatitis, dry throat and mouth.

- Renal side effects:

Patients with heart failure nephropathy  situation may worsen , hypovolemia, liver cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome, low blood albumin levels may occur.

-  Cardiovascular side effects:

Rare cases of peripheral cyanosis and swelling of the fingers as a result of a drug ibuprofen, may constitute the use of a drug problem among people with high blood pressure and in rare cases cause contractions in the coronary arteries and chest pain. This drug may cause an increase in heart beat rate. Ibuprofen may cause edema, especially in people who suffer from high blood pressure.

- Side neurological symptoms:

Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, Altnl, tremors, anxiety and tension.

- Liver side effects:

A rise in levels of liver enzymes, jaundice, yellow inpatient.

- Metabolic side effects:

Low sodium level in the blood, syndrome inadequate secretion of the hormone antidiuretic, gynecomastia, low sugar level in the blood, metabolic acidosis.

- Pulmonary side effects: pulmonary edema.

- Other side effects: may include tinnitus, dizziness, blurred vision.

Contraindications :

Don't use in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to any component of this medication.
- This compound contains a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen), so it is not used immediately before or after heart surgery.
- Prohibiting the use of medicines containing pseudoephedrine within a period of 14 days with inhibitors of monoamine oxidase drugs because of the risk of hypertensive crisis.
